About Ueno Park

It is most famous for its cherry blossoms (hanami) in late March and early April, when hundreds of thousands of visitors gather under the approximately 800 cherry trees. Outside of spring, the park is a pleasant green space perfect for a morning jog or afternoon stroll throughout the year.
