🌍 International Guests
- Passport presentation and copy are required.
🚫 Age / Children
- In principle, only guests aged 18 or older may stay.
- Guests under 18 may stay only if they submit a Parental Consent Form .

- Children of elementary school age or younger are not permitted to stay.
- Baby cots and extra beds are not available.
🐶 Pets
- Pets are not allowed.

- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay
- Cash payment is also accepted.
❌ Cancellation / No-show
- Same-day / previous-day cancellation: 100% of accommodation fee
- No-show without notice: 100% of accommodation fee
- Cancellation policy may vary depending on the plan. Please check in advance.
🧾 Additional Charges
- Late check-out: ¥3,000
- Extra amenities may incur charges.
